Develop and execute sourcing and social media strategies to build a strong candidate flow and talent pipeline;
Attract and acquire talent through your established candidate and referral networks;
Build talent pools for core business domains using a variety of active and passive sourcing strategies;
Screen and evaluate candidates possessing technical and non-technical skills and competencies using behavioral interviewing techniques;
Manage candidates and the search pipeline through the use of our Applicant Tracking and other Systems.

To be considered as an outstanding candidate for this role, you should have
3+ years of experience working in a fast -paced, high-volume deadline driven IT recruiting organization (consulting or agency environment), ideally supporting high-volume public sector clients;
experience recruiting all types of IT professionals, across domains, technologies and experience levels;
Exceptional skills and understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) with a commitment to quality record keeping in our ATS;
A strong understanding of the issues in talent acquisition, including related practices, contracting issues, tools, trends, job boards, Human Rights and other applicable legislation;
A highly energetic and highly organized personality with strong attention to detail, but also a strong sense of urgency, willingness and ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities;
