Customer Service Representative

About The Position:

• This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to in one of our customer service roles.
• It is a 3 month contract with the potential of a permanent placement.
• You will have high levels of expectation when it comes to matching and
  exceeding the needs of our own suppliers through excellent customer service.
• To achieve this we need someone who has great ideas for creative solutions &
  strategies that ensure that clients are able to feel close to the brand.
• It needs high levels of organization ability and multi-task.

About You

You will have extremely high levels of expectation when it comes to customer service and your goal will be to match and exceed the expectations of your stakeholders external and internal.

 Strong interpersonal skills
 Knowledge of IT (Understanding databases, Office suite, Salesforce,
Cvent, etc..)
 Time management skills
 MS Office Skills Word, excel etc.
 High level of independency and ability to work and manage own time effectively

Secondary skills

 Business development experience (Economic development experience an
asset)
 Sales/ Sponsorship experience (An asset)
