Role and Responsibilities

• Providing L3 support on Oracle EBS OTC modules
• Scheduling meetings with Business, working on production support issues, collecting requirements for enhancements
• As Production support person should be responsible monitor and troubleshoot all kinds of issue
• Meeting all the service agreement SLAs and KPIs
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity

• At least 10 years of working experience on Oracle EBS OTC
• Must have Canadian Frenc/hFrench speaking capability
• E1 Functional knowledge on Oracle Applications OTC modules that primary includes Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Warehouse Management, Pricing, Quality etc.
• Must have worked on Development, Support and Upgrade project with Onsite-Offshore model
  Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and conceptual skills
• Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
• Well acquainted with all the relevant features in different Oracle Applications versions
• Have experience in Requirement Gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, and Various Order to Cash functional setups, UAT, SIT, Go-Live and Post Implementation Support.
• Preparation of various documents like BR100, BF15, BF16, MD60, User Manuals, TE040 etc.
