- 5+ years of experience within an e-commerce, retail, and/or apparel organization
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising or retail buying is required
- 5+ years of experience in the retail grocery industry at the national level is required
- Leader with ability to negotiate and influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity. High degree of proactive “hands-on” critical thinking, mobilizing actions, seeing through to execution and beyond
- Ability to self-organize multiple tasks well and to complete them on time with a clear focus on quantitative results is required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; with proven results among key decision makers including senior management and executives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to independently identify and drive to execution growth opportunities
- Strong ability to review data and identify the ‘so-what’ in a clear and concise manner
- A proven analytical capability with online measuring tools (web analytics) and business metrics (sales, profitability, AOV) using excel and SQL
- Willingness to work well in a team
- Advanced understanding of retail math metrics, merchandise planning, or financial planning is required
- Advanced skills in SQL, Excel & Tableau
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Engineering or Quantitative Field)
- Experience with R/Python and Big Query would be an asset.
- MBA Considered an asset
