• Maximizing Salesforce’s value by working with the Customer Success team and defining requirements for new functionality
• Working with Internal Customers to gather requirements and implement configuration changes including definition of work flow and approval processes and custom object implementation
• Help integrating initiatives and new products into Salesforce
• Working with Lightning Pages, Pages Layout, Profiles, and Field Permissions to create an efficient work flow for various support teams. Qualifications:
• Having 3-5 years of experience working with Sales Cloud including Lead and Opportunity management in Salesforce using Lightning Pages
• Experience working with Salesforce Sandboxes and deploying Salesforce solutions to a quick pace, rapidly changing production environment
• Experience with integrating information from other systems into Salesforce • Demonstrate technical acumen to translate business requirements into functional design
