- Lead and guide project delivery across the organization by providing resources and coaching pertaining to project management and the agile approach to the organization’s business partners and IT teams.
- Help develop a project management culture focused on business value.
- Act as a leader, coach and mentor to the organization’s project managers to foster a culture of collaboration and performance.
- Provide support, advice and expertise to all operational teams acting as project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of Agile practices, governance standards, processes, approaches, and project management tools and metrics.
- Hire managers. Oversees the management of requests for proposals, information and pricing, ensure procurement processes and procedures comply with company policy, and work with Legal Services to add appropriate documentation and clauses to negotiated contracts.
